What this site is.
For now, this is an information and waitlist site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist does not reserve product or create an order. The formula, the packaging, the price, and the launch timing can all still change before anything ships.
Product information.
We work hard to describe the product accurately, including its active ingredient and what it does. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no repellent prevents every bite or every insect-borne illness. When the product is available, the directions on its label govern how to use it, and you should follow them.
Our words and pictures.
The Bug Babe name, the writing, the photography, and the design of this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially. You are always welcome to share a link.
The site itself.
We offer this site as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available or completely free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of it.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.
Changes.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.
